PRENATAL YOGA

I welcome women from 12 weeks of pregnancy all the way through to their birth. In our 1:1 private class together we’ll flow through a physical practice that focuses on stretching the muscles and ligaments, strengthening the core and relaxing the pelvic floor. Our class also includes birth preparation, this is to be familiar with the positions before you go into labour. Prenatal yoga is a time of connection with your beautiful baby, as you breathe and flow on your yoga mat with two or more hearts beating as one.

Blessingway ceremony

A Blessingway is a gentle, heart-led ceremony created to honour you as you step into motherhood. Held in a nurturing and sacred space, this gathering weaves together moments of connection, reflection, and deep support. We begin by sharing cacao, opening the heart and inviting presence, before moving into meaningful rituals that celebrate your journey… honouring the mother you are becoming. Together, we create with nature, grounding into the beauty and wisdom of the earth, and close with the tying of the red thread. A symbol of love, strength, and the circle of women holding you through birth and beyond. This is your space to be seen, held, and deeply nurtured.

Each Blessingway ceremony is thoughtfully created and held with deep care, intention, and presence. This is a 3-hour, heart-led experience where you are gently honoured, supported, and surrounded in love as you prepare to meet your baby.

POSTPARTUM DOULA

In the tender days after birth, you deserve to be held just as deeply as you have held your baby. Postpartum is a time for softening, for integration, and for being gently supported as you find your rhythm in this new chapter.

As your postpartum doula, I am here to care for you, to tend to the spaces often unseen. This may look like preparing warm, nourishing meals that replenish your body, offering healing teas to support your recovery, and creating soothing sitz baths to encourage rest and restoration. It may also be as simple as holding your baby while you shower, or sitting beside you as you share your birth story.

This support is not one-size-fits-all. It is intuitive, responsive, and centred around your needs with the option to include additional offerings that feel aligned for you and your family.

You are not meant to do this alone. You are worthy of being nurtured, too.
