PRENATAL YOGA
I welcome women from 12 weeks of pregnancy all the way through to their birth. In our class together we will flow through a physical practice that focuses on stretching the muscles and ligaments, strengthening the core and relaxing the pelvic floor. Our class also includes birth preparation, this is to be familiar with the positions before you go into labour. Prenatal yoga is a time of connection with your beautiful baby, as you breathe and flow on your yoga mat with two or more hearts beating as one.

POSTNATAL YOGA, MUM’S AND BUBS CLASS
Our postnatal yoga classes for mums and bubs are designed to support your recovery and strengthen the bond with your little one. These sessions focus on deep core work to gently rebuild strength in the abdominal muscles, essential for postpartum healing. Special attention is given to cesarean massage techniques to help ease scar tissue and facilitate a reconnection with your body after surgery.
Through mindful movement, you will cultivate strength and flexibility while fostering a gentle connection to your baby. The classes provide a nurturing environment where both mother and child can engage in calming, gentle exercises that promote relaxation and wellbeing. Emphasising breathing and awareness, the practice helps restore your physical confidence and emotional balance, supporting your transition into motherhood.
Suitable for mother’s who have been cleared to exercise, these classes prioritise safe, effective postnatal recovery with the added joy of bonding through shared movement.
