I support women and families through the transformative journey from pregnancy to postpartum, offering continuity of care grounded in presence, movement, and nourishment. As a registered nurse, certified prenatal yoga teacher, and experienced doula, my work is centred on creating spaces where you feel supported, informed, and deeply connected to your body.

I weave together movement, breath, ritual, education, and postpartum care but at the heart of my work is something simple: presence. My hands and my heart are my most powerful tools.

From 1:1 prenatal yoga and small group classes to Blessingway ceremonies and postpartum care, my work is centred on holding you through each stage of this transition. Whether preparing for birth or finding your rhythm in early motherhood, you’ll be met with steady support, practical guidance, and space to soften into the experience.

I attended Natalia’s prenatal yoga classes and found it incredibly beneficial throughout my pregnancy.
