Women can typically begin postnatal yoga at around six weeks postpartum, provided they have received clearance from their birth team. This ensures that their body has had adequate time to heal and any complications or concerns have been addressed. Starting postnatal yoga at this stage can support recovery and improves strength.

Yes! Beginners are welcome. Prenatal yoga incorporates a physical practice, specialised meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises). It’s a safe and effective way to stay active during your pregnancy and build confidence for your birth
